In 2018, Jessie partnered with Pique Real Estate Developments, a company dedicated to building affordable, quality infills in some of YEG’s & YYC’s most desirable neighbourhoods. Jessie had an active roll in the interior design of a front back duplex in Queen Alexandra and two homes in the upcoming neighbourhood of Sherwood. Her experience helped 3 of the 4 homes sell in the first week on the market within 3% of the list price. Working with buyers has helped Jessie understand what they are looking for in their new homes and staging her listings always gives her sellers a competitive edge in the market.
